Group Sessions

How a general group session looks like:

• the venue will be cleansed energetically before you arrive
• bit of chat, making sure everyone drinks tea or water
• drawing a card from one of my decks, if wanted
• everyone finds their space - make sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket, 2 pillows, maybe an eye cover
• short introductory talk
• the general intention is Healing, everyone is welcome to concentrate on their own intention
• general assessment of energy field with smallest crystal bowl
• usage of instruments depending on aim of session

I also walk through the group during the session. If a card is placed in front of the mat it shows agreement to be worked upon energetically - mostly by using the practitioner bowls. (They have handles, so excess energy can be "scooped off" or depleted energy can be "filled in").

Please note that although I work with everyone individually, this obviously is not as detailed as during a 1-2-1-session; can be as deep nevertheless

• end of session is indicated by gently playing the chime
• grounding, drinking water, eating chocolate :-)
• concluding talk

Sessions will take about 1 ½ hours.
