Be opened by Sound

Good evening folks!
Happy bank holiday Friday, I wanted to share with you some information about where I head to most Friday evenings.. to a Sound bath session! I can honestly say it's the best thing I have discovered in years and I want to invite others to join in and try it. Kordula is simply amazing and very passionate about what she does, so if like me you want to switch off for an hour from the world and when I say switch off I pretty much fall asleep to the sounds it's so relaxing! I'm on the go all day everyday and this really does help me just stop and take a break from the world.

Hello 👋 recently moved. Loving emsworth and especially loving having sound healing with the incredibly talented Kordula from Open Sound. Pure bliss and has been so effective for anxiety and poor sleep +++ . I can't believe how good value she is too. If you've not tried it and are curious I could recommend her more strongly. I've just come back from a session today where she played 3 gongs amongst many many other instruments : 2 of the gongs fresh from Vietnam and make an unbelievable sound and beautiful to look at too. Give it a go. My only reticence in posting is she becomes too popular and I'll have to fight you for an appointment! 😘 — feeling relaxed.
